Refund policy

We will accept returns on any non-customized product up to 30 days after purchase. Product must be unopened and , in original packaging, fur free. Please return any undesired items, along with the original invoice to the following address:

Customized collars and carriers may not be returned. All returns will receive refund via original method of payment less shipping fees. Shipping fees of returned items are the responsibility of purchaser.
