Yes, we will do collars with florals to match your wedding colors, and dresses to match your wedding colors as well. Please start the process by emailing us at houseoffurbaby@live.com with a message of your colors, the product you want, and your furbaby's weight and breed, and we'll take it from there.

Simply enter your pet's name in the personalization box on the product page before adding your item to your cart. We'll create your collar exactly as entered, so please double-check spelling before placing your order.

The number of letters depends on the collar size and style. Most collars accommodate up to 8-10 letters comfortably. If your pet's name is longer, our team will adjust the spacing for the best fit.

No! Unlike traditional slide-on letters, our crystal letters are securely fixed in place so your pet's name stays perfectly centered and easy to read.

Sizing charts are included in all listings. Because we start with teacup sizes (super small!), please be sure to refer to the size chart for the particular item you are purchasing, as our sizing charts are unique to our products, and reference both weight and measurements of your furbaby.

For clothing, please follow the clothing size chart closely. Pets are sized differently than humans. We celebrate pets of all sizes, and it is our pleasure to outfit furbabies from 2 lbs to 120 lbs in our clothing!

Currently, we carry up to 5xl for clothing, which fits up to 120 lbs. Many of our special occasion dresses we can make a pattern to fit ANY pup. Email us at houseoffurbaby@live.com to get the process started.

Most personalized items are handmade to order and typically ship within 5-10 business days. During holiday seasons or large sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout when available. Please note that expedited shipping affects transit time but does not shorten production time for personalized items.

We highly recommend measuring your pet and referring to our Size Chart before ordering. Every product page includes detailed sizing information to help you find the perfect fit.

If your pet falls between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort. If you're unsure, contact us and we'd be happy to help.

Be sure to include your original invoice with the returned item so we may locate your information once receiving it back for processing and a refund.

Clothing and non personalized items- non personalized clothing and other items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of item, as long as they are free of fur, with tags attached.

Personalized items- are not returnable unless damaged or defective upon receipt. Order the wrong size for your furbaby? Email us, and we'll send the corrected size at cost as a one time replacement. Reach us at info@houseoffurbaby.com

Custom dresses- are not returnable. We work closely with our customers ordering a custom dress, to ensure measurements are accurate for the pup before we pattern and sew for you
